Return & Refund Policy – The Rivaz Vault
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return:
- Email us at Dluxebella@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
Final Sale items (marked as such at checkout) are not eligible for return or exchange.
